Lakeview Eco Residence

This lakefront property was all about embracing sustainability without sacrificing comfort. The clients wanted a family home that'd actually produce more energy than it consumes - pretty ambitious, right?

We integrated solar panels into the roof design so they're barely noticeable, installed geothermal heating, and used reclaimed materials throughout. The triple-pane windows frame those lake views while keeping energy loss to basically nothing.

King Street Corporate Hub

Downtown Toronto's getting more competitive, so we designed this hub for a tech company that needed flexible workspace. The challenge? Making it feel less corporate and more collaborative.

We went with an open floor plan that can be reconfigured as teams grow or change. Lots of glass to keep things transparent - literally and figuratively. The ground floor's got retail space that brings energy to the street level.

Yorkville Modern Loft

Toronto, ON | Completed 2023

This Yorkville loft renovation was for a young couple who work from home but also love entertaining. They wanted something that felt spacious but cozy at the same time - not an easy combo.

We kept the industrial bones - exposed brick, concrete floors - but warmed things up with custom millwork and a neutral palette. The kitchen's the real showstopper, opening completely to the living area for those big dinner parties.

Distillery District Innovation Center

Building new construction in the historic Distillery District meant we had to respect the neighborhood's character while creating something fresh. It's a fine line between old and new.

The brick facade nods to the surrounding heritage buildings, but the interior's all about innovation spaces for startups. We included co-working areas, private offices, and a maker space with high ceilings for prototyping. LEED Gold certification was a must.

Rosedale Family Home

This family of five wanted a home that'd grow with their kids while meeting Passive House standards. Honestly, it's one of the toughest certifications out there - you've gotta nail the energy efficiency from every angle.

Super-insulated walls, airtight construction, and a heat recovery ventilation system keep the place comfortable year-round. The kids love how quiet it is inside, and the parents love those minimal energy bills.
