Look, we're not gonna sugarcoat it - architecture's tough. But here's the thing: we genuinely believe every building should do more than just exist. It should work with the environment, not against it.
Started back in 2011, we've always been a bit different. While others were chasing the latest trends, we were figuring out how to make buildings that'd still make sense 50 years from now. Sustainable isn't just some label we slap on - it's literally how we think through every single project.
We mess up sometimes, sure. But we learn fast, and we're always straight with our clients. No jargon, no pretending we know everything. Just honest work that tries to make Toronto a bit better, one building at a time.
Three architects, one shared apartment, and way too much coffee. We started small - really small - doing residential renovations while dreaming about bigger things.
Landed our first commercial project - a mixed-use development in Liberty Village. Learned more in those 18 months than the previous three years combined. Nearly killed us, but we got through it.
Completed our first LEED Platinum building. That's when sustainability clicked from theory into practice. Started integrating green principles into literally everything we touched.
Like everyone else, we had to rethink everything. Ended up developing better remote collaboration tools and honestly? Our work-life balance improved. Silver linings and all that.
We're now a team of 18, working on projects across Ontario. Still learning, still growing, still figuring out how to build better. The journey continues...
We're a mix of dreamers and detail-obsessors, early birds and night owls. What brings us together? A weird love for buildings and making clients happy.
Principal Architect
The one who started it all. Sarah's got this uncanny ability to see what a space wants to become. Been leading the charge for 13 years and somehow still loves Mondays.
Senior Design Director
Our sustainability guru who can talk about thermal envelopes for hours. Marcus makes sure every project actually walks the green talk. Coffee snob, cycling enthusiast.
Project Manager
The person who actually keeps everything running on time. Aisha's organizational skills border on supernatural. If there's a deadline, she'll make sure we hit it - no excuses.
Lead Interior Designer
David's the one who makes interiors feel right. He's got this thing about natural light and material textures. Also brings the best snacks to team meetings.
Visualization Specialist
Elena turns sketches into photorealistic renders that make clients go "wow." Her 3D work helps everyone see the vision before a single brick gets laid.
Technical Architect
The detail guy. James catches the stuff everyone else misses. His technical drawings are weirdly beautiful, and contractors actually thank us for how clear they are.
