Converting a 1920s warehouse into modern office space while keeping its soul intact? Yeah, that was the brief. The heritage committee had lots of opinions, but we found common ground. We kept all the original brick and timber, added tons of natural light without compromising the structure, and created flexible workspaces that actually make sense for how people work today.

Worth every obstacle. We're creating a year-round retreat that sits light on the land while standing up to harsh winters.
